U-Value SIPs Ltd is a proudly family-run business with deep roots in the construction industry. Led by Director Declan McCrory, the company brings together over three decades of hands-on expertise in both traditional and modern building methods. Since 1988, Declan has successfully delivered domestic, commercial, healthcare, and educational projects across Ireland and the UK through Decky Contracts and DMC Modular — establishing a strong reputation for reliability, quality, and craftsmanship.
