Our Structural Insulated Panels (SIPs) combine advanced design, superior performance, and efficient installation to create high-quality, energy-efficient buildings. Manufactured in-house using precision engineering, every panel is designed to perform — providing exceptional strength, airtightness, and insulation while dramatically reducing build time and waste.

Sustainability and Environmental Responsibility
SIPs are among the most sustainable and efficient construction methods available today. We use FSC®-certified OSB/3, produced from young, fast-growing trees — ensuring responsible forest management and reduced environmental impact. Unlike traditional timber framing, which utilises only around 25% of each tree, our process allows us to use up to 90% of the timber resource, significantly reducing waste.
Our rigid polyurethane foam core increases thermal performance while minimising material use and structural weight. With fewer resources, less on-site labour, and reduced transportation needs, our SIP systems conserve energy and lower overall carbon emissions — from manufacturing to installation and throughout the building’s lifetime.
